Strainstall’s calibration and repair service is available for both Strainstall branded or third-party products and equipment.
Product Calibration and Repairs
We have unrivalled experience in calibrating load products and offer a popular in-house repair service. We recognise that repairs often need to be completed urgently to get operations back on track. In addition to our usual turnaround, we also offer a fast-track service if required.
Equipment Calibration and Repairs
All Strainstall supplied equipment is delivered fully calibrated and traceable to UK National Standards. In addition, we can offer re-calibration services and repairs for all previously supplied systems when required, ensuring continued accuracy and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
For our PLATEMAN systems specifically, we are also able to offer UKAS calibration, providing full traceability and certification in accordance with UKAS requirements.
Third-party Products and Equipment
We welcome third-party products in addition to our own, all equipment and products receive the same standard of high-quality care. We have a range of testbeds with load capacities up to 17,000 tonnes. All equipment is controlled under our quality management system, and our in-house testbeds are all fully certified and traceable to UKAS standards.
